With your permission, actions.life uses Google Calendar so we can read event data returned by Google’s APIs—for example titles, start and end times, and attendee information when Google includes it. We also collect account details you give us when you sign in (such as name and email) and data needed to link Google Calendar (for example OAuth tokens and selected calendar IDs) so the integration keeps working.
We use this data only to show your Google Calendar schedule inside the app and align it with your tasks and workflow—not for advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling.
Your profile and app settings, linked Google accounts (including tokens), and your tasks and related content are stored in our backend (Google Firebase / Firestore). Calendar events are fetched when needed to render your schedule; we do not keep a separate copy of your full calendar history on our servers. Event data may pass through our systems briefly while we request it from Google.
We keep account and integration data while your account is active and as needed to run the service or meet legal requirements. To request deletion of personal data we hold, email us at support@actions.life; you can also disconnect Google Calendar or delete your account in the app where those options exist.
We use Google (Calendar API and Sign-In) and Google Firebase to operate the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use Google user data (including restricted scopes) for ads. We do not share calendar content with other third parties except as needed to run the service (for example our cloud provider) or when the law requires it.
